1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website or utilizing the rental services provided by The Celebration Station, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Celebration Station regarding your use of our party rental services, including but not limited to drift karts, concessions, custom treats, and event furniture. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Service Usage and Intellectual Property Rights

The Celebration Station grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our services for the purpose of booking event rentals and purchasing custom goods. All materials, including custom theme shirt designs, treat aesthetics, and website content, are the intellectual property of The Celebration Station and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

• Users may not modify, copy, or reproduce any custom shirt designs or proprietary treat themes for commercial resale or unauthorized distribution.
• Rental equipment, including drift karts and concession machines, must be operated strictly according to the safety guidelines provided and may not be sublease to third parties. Use of concession machines and drift cars must be operated with adult supervision
• You may not use our services or equipment for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

All rental equipment and custom products are provided on an 'AS IS' basis. The Celebration Station makes no warranties, expressed or implied. The Celebration Station shall not be held liable for any damages or injuries when rental equipment is being used or operated. No individual under the age of 18 is allowed to operate any of the concession machines. All rental equipment requires the supervision of an adult 18 years or older. If any rental equipment is damaged there will be a charge of $400 or greater. If any concession equipment is damaged there will be a charge of $250 or greater. All deposits are non-refundable.

4. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact Information

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which The Celebration Station operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for any disputes arising under this agreement.

The Celebration Station reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website or our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions.
